Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

Please note:

  • Processing time refers to order preparation and dispatch, not delivery time.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.


Fulfilment & Supplier Information

Some items in our collection are fulfilled directly by our trusted third-party partners (dropshipped items). This allows us to offer a wider range of curated designs and made-to-order pieces.

As a result, these items may:

  • Require additional processing time

  • Ship separately if your order contains multiple items

  • Have longer estimated delivery times

All suppliers are carefully selected to meet our quality and service standards.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item size and weight

  • Delivery destination

  • Fulfilment method (standard or partner-fulfilled)

All shipping costs are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product and fulfilment method:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

  • Partner-Fulfilled / Dropshipped Items: 5–12 business days

  • International Delivery: 7–20 business days

Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, supplier processing times, weather conditions, or customs clearance.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and assist.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.

Please allow:

  • 24–48 hours for tracking information to update, particularly for partner-fulfilled items.


Ownership & Responsibility

In accordance with UK consumer law, all goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed in transit, please notify us and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Damaged, Faulty, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the issue (where applicable)

We will assess the issue promptly and resolve it in line with your statutory consumer rights.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee resolution for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on supplier location and product availability. You will receive separate dispatch notifications where applicable.


Dropshipping Disclosure

Some products are shipped directly from our carefully selected partner suppliers. This enables us to offer a wider range of design-led products; however, delivery times for these items may be slightly extended.
